What’s in a Name: The “Myrrh-bearers” were the faithful women followers of the Lord, who attended to His needs during His ministry and especially at the time of His death. They were the first to witness the holy Resurrection of our Lord, and were, therefore, the Apostles to the Apostles. They were the core of the Lord’s devoted followers.
Purpose: To gather women together from our community, and beyond, to study the Holy Scripture, to bond together in the Lord, and to serve in His holy Church. Women of all ages and places are welcome.
